Hey there! So, you've made a purchase and we're thrilled!
We just want to give you a heads up that it usually takes us 1-2 business days to get your order ready to ship, but we will try our best to get your package out the door ASAP!
Just so you know, we're open Monday to Friday for online orders, and we take a break on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
So, if you place an order during those days, we'll start processing it on the next business day.
Once we ship your order and send you the tracking information, KAIYO LA won't be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
But don't worry, you can always file a claim with USPS or your local police department if that happens.
If you're ordering from outside the US, we'll calculate the shipping cost for you at checkout. However, please keep in mind that we won't be responsible for any customs or transfer delays once the package is in USPS hands, and any taxes or customs fees that might come up on your end.

We totally get it if you need to return something. You've got 14 days from when you got it to send it back, as long as it's in the same shape as when we sent it to you - tags still on, no visible signs of wear, makeup, fragrance and all that good stuff. Basically, it's gotta be fresh out of the box. Because we are a really small shop, we issue store credit only if you're not happy with something.
Quick heads up though - jewelry, bags, hats, gift cards, any reduced-price merchandise, home decor, beauty, swimwear, intimates, self-care items and all that jazz are final sale, so keep that in mind!
When you send it back, please pack it up with love and care, just like we did when we sent it to you. Oh, and don't forget to include our packing slip with the address below:
